Sale and export of quality fish
Johan B Larsen AS (Ltd) has 12-14 customers in Italy and one major
customer in Croatia.
For the most part we sell:
• Cod (processed as fresh fish, stockfish and salted fish)
• Saithe (processed as fresh fish, stockfish and salted fish)
• Haddock (processed as stockfish and fresh fish)
Stockfish is normally divided into 17 quality categories. About 70%
of Johan B Larsen’s stockfish is exported to Italy, where the
greatest demands are made on quality.
Our salted fish is processed, packed and sent to markets at home and
abroad.
